Arrivals and departures
On the day of arrival, the apartments of the Residenze del Mare will be available from 3.00 pm.
On the day of departure, please vacate them by 10.00.
We ask to communicate by telephone any arrivals after 19.00.
City tax
The prices indicated do not include the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per day, which must be paid on the spot.
Terms of payment
The payment of the reservation must be made 30 days before the arrival date, any changes must be agreed directly by mail or telephone with the company Le Residenze del Mare. If the rental is not paid in the 30 days prior to arrival, Le Residenze del Mare will automatically cancel the reservation.
Reservation
The reservation is considered binding following payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer or by communicating the number and expiry date of your credit card on which to make the authorized withdrawal.
Cancellation conditions:
Up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit will be credited for your next vacation up to the following 12 months.
30 - 0 days before arrival for the apartments of Le Residenze del Mare, no refund.
14 - 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount must be paid for both the Sea Residences and the Elisir Luxury Rooms structure
In case of late arrival or / and early departure, 100% of the booked days will be charged.
Pets
Small pets are welcome! For each animal we ask 15-20 Euros per day.
In any case, pets are allowed only by prior arrangement. Please understand that your four-legged friends are not allowed access to the pool.
Le Residenze del Mare reserves the right to ask for an additional contribution for final cleaning.
